phwin2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances are displayed and transacted in PHP. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the phwin2 platform:

phwin2 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the applicable window will be removed from the account automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin2 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one phwin2 account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or place bets on the phwin2 platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the phwin2 platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing in connection with phwin2 sports betting or live casino games
• Using phwin2 for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the phwin2 platform's source code, algorithms, or game logic

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwin2 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any phwin2 content without phwin2's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of phwin2's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phwin2 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where phwin2's security systems have not been compromised
• Any actions taken by phwin2 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination

phwin2's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms or the phwin2 platform shall in no event exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their phwin2 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be deemed dormant and subject to an inactivity fee or closure at phwin2's discretion

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination results from fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms, phwin2 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

You may voluntarily close your phwin2 account at any time by contacting phwin2 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will continue to be processed in the normal course.

phwin2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phwin2 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email notification or a prominent on-platform notice prior to the changes taking effect. However, phwin2 is not obligated to provide advance notice for minor, administrative, or clarificatory amendments.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions, bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date, shall be the binding version. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including any question regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and phwin2, phwin2 encourages you to first contact customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
